What’s bugging you? What makes you happy? Tell us about it.

Advice for Ed Hervey: Take inventory and count the silver … those melon-headed bandits!

So now that we’ve seen the real Chris Jones and exodus of all Eskimos coaches, where is the commissioner in all this? Sucking his thumb? Nowhere to be found?

Why is the city using pebble-like rocks to put on our streets instead of proper sand and salt? This does not help on our slippery roads. Are they too cheap to use the proper sand, or did they spend the sand budget on foolish mayor ideas again?

I voted Wildrose and boy, do I regret it. When I see the Wildrose MLAs and their supporters going Tea Party Extreme, I wonder who are those yahoos. They are not my people. Brian Jean and his followers are making Alberta look like Crazytown Canada. Can I take my vote back?

The federal government spends $4 billion a year on the homeless, $3.6 billion on veterans affairs, $8.4 billion on First Nations and $0.2 billion on refugees. The very small amount being spent on refugees is not harming other worthy causes. It is not one or the other. We can afford this humanitarian cause.

So according to our mayor the only way the Metro Line can be declared a total disaster is if someone has died? With all due respect, Mr. Iveson, your flippant attitude is disgusting and it’s high time you grew up.

Why on earth does the provincial government continue giving massive subsidies to Klein’s pet project of horse racing?  According to their prime time paid TV ads, it’s a thriving industry.

Stop blaming everything on the new NDP government. The lack of diversication, environmental mess and missing rainy-day funds can be blamed 100 per cent on the 44-year tenure of the previous PC government.

Why is our NDP government spending hundreds of thousands of taxpayers dollars on advertising to try to convince the public that their questionable legislation is good for our province? If it was good legislation people would not have to be convinced.

I’m pretty sure that Santa will be saving the biggest lump of coal for Rachel Notley.

The NDP appointed a party member to a cushy government job?  Jeez, you’d think they were Tories.

Notley has listened to the electorate; she is acting on her campaign promises. To say she did not listen or is undemocratic just because you do not like what she is doing is self-centred nonsense.

The boondoggle Metro Line is a direct result of council insisting on mixing technologies despite the financial risks. Wait until the low-floor LRT system to Millwoods — more new technology, additional training, no economies of scale.

Parents of a newborn should enter the name on a waitlist at the Hip and Knee Clinic as they do for preschool classes.  That way, if medical problems arise in later years, the wait time may be a little less agonizing than it is right now.
